Common Sense Path to Peace.

You may recall the old standard joke.. guy goes to the doctor. "Doctor, doctor my arm hurts every time I do this" Doctor replies "Well stop doing that!"

Hamas goes to the world "Help us, help us. Every time we fire a couple of hundred rockets into Israel they attack us." Well stop firing rockets into Israel!

Living things from insects to most humans understand that if you threaten the hive you are causing an increased risk that you are going to get stung by bees exercising their natural right of self-defense. Best not to disturb the hive. Leave it in peace. Try not to learn pain avoidance the hard way.

The quickest way to peace is to simply keep out of this and not stay the hand of Israel.

The Day The Earth Still Stood Stupid

Just watched the remake of The Day The Earth Stood Still. Nice effects and CGI but I can sum it up in a tight package... Religious Environ-Mental Porn. This one is rated B for 'barf bag may be required for the environmentally insensitive.'

Klaatu has the power to resurrect or the power to kill. He has brought this ark along on his trip to modern Sodom and Gomorrah whose inequities of environmental heresy have stenched the heavens and brought wrath from the one above.

Examples of environ-mental religiosity :

There is the evil military high on testosterone with their shoot first ask questions later mentality that is causing the problem with the alien.

Then there's a female Secretary of Defense who is hard nosed at first and wiling to torture Klaatu to get information but when annihilation becomes obvious she regrets that they hadn't taken the path of dialogue. There is no military solution. If only they had talked with this enemy hell bent on their destruction.

There was the obligatory redneck knuckle dragging heretics in their pickup with beer bottle in hand yelling yahoo its the end of the world.

There was the modern beautiful race neutral white female protagonist with a Phd who had married a black man who was killed in the evil military and she is now raising his attitude-ladened hip kid by herself.

In one of the many Biblical allusions we find Klaatu in his Garden of Gethsemane where he and the Phd have a third grade dialogue that humans are being destroyed because they have harmed the planet. He is there to save the planet. The die has been cast but he struggles to find something worth saving. She pleads with him that 'We can change We can change' Oh yes we can.. there is hope ' moment that saves mankind. ( This is where the barf bag is highly recommended. ) Not even subtle. Straight out of the Gospel According to Algore.

The most obvious allusion they attempt is when the leaders of the world will not listen to reason and they run from the military searching for them seeking refuge in the home of the one man that will listen, her Nobel Prize mentor Professor Gore... I mean Professor Reinhardt. Klaatu and the professor do a little math duet followed by a Q&A session. Then the military finds them again.

So I would not recommend watching this movie in a public theater. I am sure you will hear moans, groans and ecstatic screams of environmental fullfillment thoughout the audience.

The Reason For The Season

Isaiah 9

To Us a Child Is Born
1 Nevertheless, there will be no more gloom for those who were in distress. In the past he humbled the land of Zebulun and the land of Naphtali, but in the future he will honor Galilee of the Gentiles, by the way of the sea, along the Jordan-

2 The people walking in darkness
have seen a great light;
on those living in the land of the shadow of death [a]
a light has dawned.

3 You have enlarged the nation
and increased their joy;
they rejoice before you
as people rejoice at the harvest,
as men rejoice
when dividing the plunder.

4 For as in the day of Midian's defeat,
you have shattered
the yoke that burdens them,
the bar across their shoulders,
the rod of their oppressor.

5 Every warrior's boot used in battle
and every garment rolled in blood
will be destined for burning,
will be fuel for the fire.

6 For to us a child is born,
to us a son is given,
and the government will be on his shoulders.
And he will be called
Wonderful Counselor, [b] Mighty God,
Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.

7 Of the increase of his government and peace
there will be no end.
He will reign on David's throne
and over his kingdom,
establishing and upholding it
with justice and righteousness
from that time on and forever.
The zeal of the LORD Almighty
will accomplish this.

President Ahnold

Schwarzenegger wants to be President.

Not a problem Arnold. Here's a couple of steps to follow:

1. Go to Austria and have your birth certificate sealed.
2. Hire a bunch of lawyers to make sure nobody can review it.
3. Change your political affiliation to Democrat.
4. Claim you were actually born in the USA and have someone print up a bogus BC.
5. Post it on Kos or FactCheck. They will gladly assist.
6. Hire a group called ACORN to do 'advance' work for you in places where they vote
early and vote often like Ohio, Chicago, Philadelphia and cemeteries.
7. Do not neglect the illegal immigrant vote.
8. Concentrate on areas where people do not work like inner urban areas and
universities. These people are suckers for anything you promise them.

Don't worry, nobody is going to actually validate where you were really born as long as you have that (D) by your name. The Constitution doesn't mean that much any more with one party rule. You're in man. The American dream come true: If you can't win it honestly then cheat like hell until you get it.

P.S. It might not hurt to pal up with George Soros and do a little butt snuggling.
He's the guy that is selling the job and you might save a little money if he's your bud.

Condi Speaks The Truth

Condi Rice has said:
"Nobody was trusting of the North Koreans. I mean, who trusts the North Koreans? You'd have to be an idiot to trust the North Koreans," she said in the appearance at the Council of Foreign Relations think tank, prompting laughter.

True, so true.

Power or Influence?

I have always thought that if I had a choice between being powerful of influential I would rather be influential. Influence can achieve the same task without the liability of fault or blame.

I think I have been blogging since 2003 ( yes my archives say 2005 but I deleted the old one and created this one then )and I don't get a lot of traffic. I would rather have a handful of thoughtful commenters I enjoy and have good conversations with than hundreds of mindless drivelers like the big guys get. I don't do small talk.

I am still amzed by blogging and I think it is one of the greatest things in human history. It is true democracy and I have been amazed, there are exceptions, at how well serious people manage to pretty much regulate themselves. There are no laws only common conventions yet it manages to regulate itself among serious folks. Now there a loons out there but they are the exception and if I don't like them I simply don't read them. At first I tried to be open minded and accepting but I simply cannot deal with sites like the Kos Kidz and Huffington. There simply is no intellectual appeal.

Anyway, I digress. What I find amazing is that any regular person has the ability to influence the entire society with a single well composed thought. All from their home without any effort. I spend more time commenting than posting and it has amazed me the reach one can have.

My first experience was a comment I made about a Peggy Noonan article before the 2004 election on the subject of the new normal. Don't recall the specifics but I discovers that my comment was quoted on Slate and the London Times. Total freak out when thinking about how many people in the world would read my thought. That is amazing.

What the point I am getting to is I find myself hearing something and wondering if they got that idea from me. Who knows who reads your comments.

Now blogging is like the imternational water cooler talk and Drudge is the watercoler. Today there is a link to an article about a CNN weatherman saying it is arrogant for us to think we are causing global warming. Now I have never read that before but I have used that term in amny a discussion on the Goracle cult discussions where I have used the term 'the arrogant hairless chimp' thinking he controls the weather. I know I did not borrow that idea from anyone because I have a long explanation of how I came about that. I deals with coyotes howking at the moon and primitive humans worshing the light of the night making offerings to please there god much like muslims still do. So I can't help but wonder if this guy read one of my posts. I did this at the London Times, GP and Moonbattery as well as many linked pages on something like InstaPundit or Free Republic. Know what I mean... you just wonder about things like that.

Another term I thought I originated was in arguments about the policy differenced between liberals and conservatives. That term involves job creation and why the rich should not be punished. "I have had many jobs but in all my life I have never been employed by a poor person". I heard Swan Hannity say that during the convention. Around that time I heard Newt Gingrich say something that was almost verbatim of a post Ihad made that was another one of those obscure philosohies of mind.

Now I don't want to come of as saying that it was actually me but I can't help but wonder because of the obscureness of the way I sometimes make my points in discussions.

Things that just make you go hummmmm. If true I find it amazing that we peons can through our dye into the social mixture. If true that is empowerment of the people. The real people. We the people.

Has that ever happened to you ?

Just Be Yourself Barry Hussein

Obama is our first fictional character to be elected President. We simply do not know anything of his real past. All we have been allowed to know are the two aggrandized fictional Mein Kampfs he had written for him to control the narrative.

After a life of searching for his identity, at 47 , he still isn't sure who he is. He needs to borrow the aura of achievements, since he has none of his own, from some previous President to frame his hopes the public will be confused as to who did what. So far it has worked on 52% of the voting public. After all, he is the one we have all been waiting for. Sorry Jesus, you only get second billing for the next four years.

Here's the different identities of Presidents who actually did something and were all their own men that is trying on:

Hussein ( Barry not Saddam ) is really big on the Lincoln thing. A Republican ? Not sure who he is fooling here. The only thing I see in common is they are from Illinois, were lawyers and served in the state legislatures. Once Hussein rides the train to his coronation that will be one more thing. ( Jesus, how about a once in a century blizzard on that day just for tickles, giggles and reminder there can be only one. ). Now Lincoln rode a train because plane fights were difficult to book in his day. Hussein is just doing for this for empty symbolism and , after all, Greek columns are difficult to lug about. But this is quite a reach for those that actually know a little history.

He is also trying on the Kennedy myth and mystique but those shoes won't fit. First of all, Kennedy had a quick wit and self-effacing sense of humor. He also smiled a lot and was actually a very intelligent guy. Hussein has none of these attributes. Kennedy was man enough to say he was wrong about the Bay of Pigs. Hussein can do no such thing concerning how miserably wrong he was about the surge. Kennedy told America to not ask what the country could do for them but what they could do for their country. Hussein has people believing he will pay their mortgages and fill their gas tanks. He uses lofty platitudes like national service but that is just a smoke screen. Actually what he really means is what the country can do for him. Keep in mind Michelle has told us he is going to make demands of us. So other than being young, having two cute kids and in search of a lovable pet prop his pretending to be the second coming of JFK is true only in the aspect of myth.

He's tried on the FDR 'leader through the times of darkness' shtick but that's not going to sell while our pockets are picked clean to compensate the fat cats of society for their failures. Good example being the worst do-nothing, most unpopular Congress in history gave themselves a nice raise as a reward for presiding over a monumental failure to regulate commerce. So instead of 'we have nothing to fear but fear itself' we are getting ' be afraid, be very afraid' . So that's a no go on the FDR persona.

From his staff selections he is obviously reading the Clinton 101 manual. But Clinton is still alive so we already have one of them. I must admit when it comes to pandering and lying he is out Clintoning Bill Clinton so he may pull that off. Hopefully he will imitate Clinton and get impeached say around 2010 when his malfeasance loses Congress just like Clinton did.

However, with all this Crook County scandal erupting before he is even crowned I think I see what the most suitable imitation is going to be. This one will require a merging of two past Presidents. One has passed away and the other is effectively brain dead. This would be a Jimmy Carter personality giving a Nixonian 'I am not a crook speech' in a nice 'everyman' Cardigan. They also had adorable pet props.

So... uh uh September 10th.

Obama's atomic umbrella: U.S. nuclear strike if Iran nukes Israel
U.S. President-elect Barack Obama's administration will offer Israel a "nuclear umbrella" against the threat of a nuclear attack by Iran, a well-placed American source said earlier this week. The source, who is close to the new administration, said the U.S. will declare that an attack on Israel by Tehran would result in a devastating U.S. nuclear response against Iran.
So essentially once we see Tel Aviv destroyed Israel can rest assured that we will kill the people that killed them. But Iran will have accomplished it's goal. To me a more rational position is to tell the killer that if you even arm yourself we are going to kill you before you can kill others. That was only half of the potential dying will have taken place.

The thing Obama apparently doesn't have the capacity to understand is there is no deterring those bent on suicide to accomplish their goals.

Image where we'd be if Hussein ( Saddam not Obama ) were still in power and had the last 5 years to re-constitute his weapons program. Whoever thought of taking him out had a very prudent long-term strategic vision.

The Halo Dims

Today the messiah has delivered a sermon. He is appalled, appalled I tell you "and disappointed as anybody by the revelations earlier this week."

He continues:
"With respect to Illinois, I think in Illinois as is true in American politics generally, there are two views of politics. There's a view of politics that says you go in for sacrifice and public service, and there's a view of politics that says this is a business, and you're wheeling and dealing, and what's in it for me," Obama said, pointing out former U.S. Senators Paul Simon and Paul Douglas as politicians who focused on sacrifice for the people of Illinois.
I agree. Any politician that would do a quid pro quo, such as using his position to get his wife appointed to a corporate board putting more bread on the family table and a bump in her salary at her day job in return using his governmental status to direct money to the corporate entity she works for and then have the AUDACITY to point his finger at others for attempting to do the same is about as sleazy and corrupt as it gets. His HOPE is that you buy his feigned sincerity.

( Note to those suffering BDS: This is what reality based people call a lie. )

That's real CHANGE.... to a gullible moron. At last calculation this was about 66,882,230 people ( living or dead, citizen and non-citizen ), cartoon characters, multi-state voters and those that enjoyed the experience so much they voted multiple times or they needed ACORN's cigarettes.

Source article from ABC News.

First the evasive lie:

"I had no contact with the governor or his office and so we were not, I was not aware of what was happening."

Then the 'Whoops Moment':

Axelrod said, "I know he's talked to the governor and there are a whole range of names many of which have surfaced, and I think he has a fondness for a lot of them."

Politico has the attempt to Barack-track.

What a tangled web we weave. Anybody keeping count of Obama's lies ?

You know, ignorance is simply not being aware of something. In fact, we all are ignorant of something or other but stupidity is when someone knows something will end in undesirable results but they do it anyway.

The Obamanoids knew they were voting for a less than honest person that they really didn't know anything about other than a controlled history in two published self-aggrandizing fables. He restricted access to his birth certificate, his college transcripts, his CAC records not to mentions when his past came to light he had to disassociate himself with it yet they elected him anyway. They only deluded themselves that he was an altruistic sheep among a political machine full of wolves.

And I was worried I there wasn't much to blog about lately.

How's that facial stress tick Obama ?

Uhbama's Press Conference

I uh caught a bit of the uh OotPE press conference today and it uh gave me the impression that uh the next four..uh years are going to be a little uh, uh difficult to uh not be distracted by an unnerving uh speech oddity. Now the uh press were very uh professional acting. Uh nobody asked if he had made any uh mistakes, or uh brought up his lie about uh public finance.. so uh maybe it will be like the old days before the uh BDS pandemic. Now uh the press sees this irritating habit as uh the signs of a great intellect uh contemplating his next thought. Having been uh well uh I must admit that . uh uh was once a rather heavy cocaine and pot smoker myself during my uh youth and I uh see it as trying to navigate uh the holes burnt into the uh brain and retain enough uh neuron firings to uh remeber the whole thought.

I do hope that uh Chris Matthews does uh uh not faint should he ask a question of his idol... Chris... let me save you the uh time... the answer is Hanes boxers.

Change ?

Now we are seeing what the change Obama was talking about meant. After putting a head fake to the left on the nutroots to sucker them out of their vote he is now moving to the center left by resurrecting the Clinton administration. This type of change reminds me of taking a shower and putting on dirty underwear.

Blowing In The Wind

Considering that most anything a liberal has to say is but useless gas passing through an orifice and protected by the first amendment then I think this kid has a case for violation of his freedom of expression using leftspeak's rights to do a similar function as a foundation for equal treatment under the law.

Victory in Iraq Day

Otherwise known as Piss Off/On a Limp-Wristed Navel-Gazing Liberal Day.

While the Obama team scrambles for imagery of greatness, a difficult task for one having yet to do actually do anything, we have greatness leading us and representing us in the here in now.

Given the sanitizing effect of time to cleanse the record of the emotional short-sightness of judgement for political gain we need only look back into history to get an idea of the types of actions, sometimes against popular opinion, that have filtered through time to give the kind of actions and long-term strategies that have brought real change in the world and real hope that the destiny of man is to be freed from the whims of evil people.

Harry Truman was despised in his time, ridiculed for his commoner ways, the way he spoke and his dedication to those in his family. Against the popular thoguhts of his time he integrated the military forces which had the effect of giving negroes the same opportunities of the GI Bill. He acted against the will of the people intervening in Korea costing many American lives but there now exists a free and prosperous South Korea. He changed the way vanquished foes were treated with the Marshall Plan and there now exists a free and prosperous Europe protected by the military shield of NATO. History recalls very little of the legislative bills he vetoed or the speeches he made in comparison to these major events. As time passes only the major events will matter. We have come to realize that Truman, despised in his time and ridiculed for how he spoke, is regarded as one of out great Presidents.

Though not necessarily for the cause of freedom but who remembers the admistrative skills or speeches of Alexander the Great, Napoleon, Hannibal, Caesar or Churchill ? That is only the domain of historians. What we remember are their actions that changed the world. Sometimes for the better, sometimes not. But that they changed the world is never forgotten.

Now we come to the point that because of men of real character and courage the incoming administration need only to arrange the shipping of equipment home from Iraq and where to deploy the returning troops. They will be little more than our military and Bush's busboys. After killing or capturing thousands of terrorist I am sure some will be deployed in the search for one terrorist leader where the 'real war' is we've been told. They never clue in on the fact that when we pounded Afghanistan there was a movement of terrorists to Iraq for safe haven . When we pounded Iraq we now see terrorists running back to Afghanistan. But hey the Dems see it as two wars right? Once they get a couple of years of hands-on experience they'll get a clue.

But what Bush and the Coalition lead by the US Military forces have done is of historic proportions. Nobody remembers Clinton's world changing actions, there were only negative minor ones like runnig from Soalia and not pulling the trigger on OBL because of lawyer's concerns. But it will remember that in the cradle of civilization, where never in thousands of years have a people been free to choose their own destinies, there now exists one and it is stabilizing by the day. So much so that we are losing more people in South Chicago weekend than a month in Iraq. The names of Bush and the US Military will go in the same sentence when people decades now talk about this. The most likely phrase will be 'when Bush liberated Iraq'.

Top that Obama.

The Good, The Bad & The Crazy

There is the old philosophical question of whether Man is inherently evil or good. Entire discussions will emanate from such a simple question. What is evil? What is good? I can lean either way. Sometimes humans are capable of noble efforts. Other times they are nothing but beasts. I believe this core view of the world we experience is part of our politics. Ultra progressives, like the Obama cult, tend to, I think, lean to the side of people being inherently good and interested in reasoning out differences. They see evil as being the sole domain of mean, rich, white Republicans. To them people like Chavez, Castro, Ahmadinejad, HAMAS and an other revolutionaries involved in the struggle to liberate their people from the evils of capitalism are simply misunderstood and we should hear out their grievances.

What those like their Dear Leader fail to accept is that sometimes, such as those tyrants I have previously mentioned, ... sometimes they are simply bat-shit crazy and want power to give a rise to their ego to compensate for other things in their lives that fail to rise. Sometimes it may simply be they think they are setting things right for actions that have diminished them in their own self image. Who understands crazy? Well maybe a TV viewer that can watch late night static and follow the storyline.

Surely Obama can identify aggrandizing the ego as not being the key to good governance.

So the questions of the day... Is Little Kim good, evil or bat-shit crazy? Do you think he could be reasoned with ? Do you talk to him as if he were an equal or some petty little tyrant that you could wipe out like a fly. The Bush administration talked to him and got results. Was that because they kept the fact that he was but a fly and lucky we were treating him as an equal while leaving the impression in his head of the flyswatter?

Bonehead Meets The Press

In his first outing, sans teleprompter, Bonehead meets our expectations by insulting an elderly former First Lady of the opposite party with oddities performed by a former First Lady of his own party. Even in victory he is petty as ever. Certainly surrounding himself with a lot of greedy rich white folks isn't he?

"President-elect Barack Obama called Nancy Reagan today to apologize for the careless and off handed remark he made during today’s press conference. The President-elect expressed his admiration and affection for Mrs. Reagan that so many Americans share and they had a warm conversation."
Oh how sincere that must have been.

Polls Schmolls

Do polls express reality or the hopes of the left ?

I see MSNBC is calling PA for Obama.

You know just in case of likely disappointment I am mentally preparing myself. If I could survive one Carter administration I can survive a second one.

I guess I probably should go ahead and buy that shotgun I was looking at. Pick up a few more while I can do it or say anything about it.

Goodbye America, you gave it a good run but your worthless children of the 60's are about to piss on all your efforts.

Third World... here we come.

If Obama takes Ohio it is over.
All he needs now is Iowa and we have to put up with piped piper of the idiot tribes for four years.

We are now officially and Idiocrocy. Looks like the hopes of the left outweigh sanity.

Change They Believe In, But Not Me

Subtle Hints

Some people express there thoughts for the future at the ballot box, some express their vision of the future by voting with their wallets or their feet. There is a vote going on in the market place now, people are expressing their fears of the future in gunshops. Even I went looking to stock up on a few weapons that may not be available in the future. Not that I believe they will be required to take our country back but simply that I may not have the right to bear arms once the Obama regime comes to power and begins the process of taking away my rights one by one either by confiscation or intimidation.

Look at how they used intimidation against Joe the plumber for having the audacity to ask The One a question. It was in fact The One's answer that caused the ruckus, not the question. Then there is his league of legal stormtroopers obfuscating an attempt to look into documentation of his past like the CAC records, his transcripts and even his Constitutionally required proof of being a natural born citizen. And the clueless just laugh it off.

My other concern is this talk of a domestic force equal to the military force. Does any reasonable person think this is going to be something like a domestic Peace Corp. Will these force be young white college students. No they will be more like the Nation of Islam thugs. He will create a force to give urban blacks, thugs, gansta a job under the guise of legitimate job opportunities. This is very disturbing. Same thing Hitler did with the SA. Civic minded thugs to do their master's bidding.

But the really disturbing thing is that here's a guy that finds the Constitution a flawed document that he doesn't believe he is required to follow. But his mission is to set things straight.

I'm not going to be like the clueless that vote for him to possibly find themselves at the mercy of his domestic force.

Time to weapon up for how this thing plays out. Personally I don't believe the polls and think McCain will deliver an electoral ass-kicking leaving the pundits scratching their heads and the die hard minions crying foul and wondering how they could have been so wrong. The answer is simple and right-wingers have been trying to get it through their vacuous skulls for years. You people are not as brilliant as the person you see in the mirror.

And those prognosticating about an second civil war I would mention that it will not be so civil and it will be their herd that gets thinned out.

Don't mean to sound flippant or disrespectful, I know those that loved him are heart broken and he went too soon. But we all have to die, most often in tragic ways. I only hope that I can die doing something I've enjoyed doing all my life and at the top of my game when I do.

Prediction: The Missiles of January

( Originally posted on Aug 08,08 but I think it is worth mentioning again.)

Obamanites like to make the Kennedy comparison and they may get just what they want. Adversaries will usually test an incoming President. The Russians are not too happy with the idea of our missile defense system in Eastern Europe and have threatened to react militarily. They are now flexing their muscles with the control of all petroleum to Western Europe if we sanction them for their recent actions. They will not push Bush too much but somewhere in their calculations they are waiting for the election. If it is McCain they simply continue pressure on the weak-kneed Europeans.

If it is Obama then they will wait until January when the wet-behind-the-ears new CiF, anxious to excel even above JFK, is in office and will counter our actions in Eastern Europe with the Cuban Missile Crisis part Deux to see just how much like Kennedy this newbie really thinks he is. Obama will withdraw our missile defense in exchange to remove the missiles from Cuba and in a matter of weeks fail to deliver on a 'smart' foreign policy by showing our allies in Eastern Europe we can't be trusted. On the positive side at least we will not be despised by the Russians.

Update: New Developments.
1. Biden makes an odd and veiled statement about an international incident to challenge a young and in-experienced President. I know he didn't exactly say 'inexperience but our adversaries don't need to test an experience leader now do they ?

2. Russia is offering an air defense system to Cuba. Why now. We haven't threatened Cuba in 40+ years. What would they need to defend from air attack?

3. Russia recently flew long range bombers to Venezuela and agreed to joint naval maneuvers.

4. Russia's foray into Georgia tests their ability to shut the valve on Europe as an ally during some international threat against the US.

So how should Americans prepare for this scenario; by electing inexperienced symbolism? Unfortunately half of us suffer from visions of intellectual grandeur and hyper egos that are yet naive enough to do so in order to look in their vanity mirrors and tell themselves what wonderful and enlightened people they are.

Save your money and invest in a manufacturer of bomb shelters and survival kits.

Even though our country would be a great place without Obama supporters I simply can't bring myself to not mention this to them....

This is not an effective bomb shelter.

Sometimes When Winning Looks Inevitable...

Any questions Obamanauts? Go ahead, get cocky.

Waiting On Obamafare

Ya'll work a little harder, make a little more money and get me a bigger check.
Life ain't treated me fair and my kid needs to eat.

Snake Oil Ingredients

Always keep in mind that no matter how much Obama and his Manchurian minions attempt to spin this fictional tax plan they are going to raise our taxes. There is no doubt they will rollback the Bush tax cuts because they have said so. That is raising taxes.

Another thing to consider. Do you think a family-owned grocery stores like many found in small towns makes more than $250K a year? You're going to get taxed again through higher prices. It may not be called a tax but money out of your wallet is money out of your wallet regardless the fingers picking your pocket.

If you shop for groceries at a large corporate chain then they too are going to bump their prices when taxes are raised. Same result on your wallet. In fact raising any business taxes is simply governmental money laundering to get into your wallet.

When taxes are raised anywhere in the loop of commerce the load is ultimately borne by the consumer.

Any Day Now ?

1. The US election is but days away.
2. Bush is still in office. Despite what Obama thinks Bush will be so until January.
3. Bush has neutered two pillars of the Axis of Evil, one remains.
4. Iran is the power source of world terrorism. Take it out and its global agents wither.
5. Gas prices are falling. People are conditioned for a rise from an attack on Iran.
6. The Iranians are threatening Britain.
7. Ahmadinejad is isn't in his right mind.,, more so than usual.
8. The Iranians may have already attempted a WMD attack on Israel and got caught.
9. The US paid $250,000 for this ship and have it in port. Not much is being said.
10. Iran has its own economic crisis and fuel problems.

I think we are experiencing the calm before the storm. The Iranians are feeling the heat and making threats against possible allies. I think something we might see would be assassination attempts on Nasrallah in Damascus, possibly even Chavez in Venezuela before the attack to create momentary chaos in leadership in those that would come to Iran's aid. I think a prudent move would be to psych out the citizens of Teheran by having someone announce, for humanitarian reasons, that people should leave the city as soon as possible along with all diplomatic missions. The goal being to cause the Iranian citizens to rise up against the mullahs and avoid a trajedy. It is prudent to keep in mind that Saddam was all bluster until there were troops massing on his border. That changed his attitude and he complied to let inspecters back in.

But this is going to happen. The Gulf States, America and those European countries with a spine will conduct this by proxy. The Israeli proxy forces should hit as hard as they possibly can. World opinion be damned. There may not be a second chance.

The Wisdon of Ayn Rand ?

Maybe a great writer but great philosopher ....

I have a couple of observations here.

1. She makes the common mistake of holding the trial of God's existence in the same session in which religion is being tried. God is not religion and religion is not God. In short, the photo one takes of the ocean is not the ocean itself.

2. You cannot prove a negative? I've heard this often by those we believe to have great learning and intellect. I can prove an elephant does not exist between me and my computer screen. Just because it can't be proven that something exists does not necessarily mean that it doesn't. With the uncertainty principle it seems logical to believe it does until proven otherwise.

This reminds me of another of these populist thoughts that mimic for thinking. In business is this idea that perception is reality. I understand what they mean but it is not very well thought through. A man may perceive that he can fly and leap of a tall building in a single bound. However reality is approaching him at 32ft/sec squared and will be realized when f=ma rearranges his molecules.

Another of these is when people use 'begs the question' to sound smart when they are referring to a question that elicits another question. 'Begging the Question' is actually a fallacy of reasoning otherwise known as circular reasoning where the premise assumes the conclusion. A good example is "God exists because the Bible tells me so. After all the Bible was written by God."

Random Thoughts

Democrat Defense Posture

The word is out that Barney Frank is wanting a 25% cut in defense spending so the Democrats wcan use the money to instead hand out to their poor urban voting base. This insures they will stay in place to be available for the midterms . This is typical Democrat SOP. Recall how Clinton left our armed forces in such a state that it tempted the islamofascists to attack us thinking we wouldn't respond. Then we have Joe Biden has spoken of a veiled crisis should Obama get elected. In another interview he mentioned that all Presidents are challenged in the beginning of their term. However, I do recall one that wore the shoe on the other foot and that was Reagan who effectively challenged the Iranians to cease and desist; they chose the former.

So I can just see it when this challenge comes. We are attacked and Obama does nothing but give a strong and eloquent speech to our enemies. To abate the criticism from the right I can just imagine him going into his messiah mode and conjuring up the comparison to Jesus who admonished his followers to turn the other cheek. Obama would do well to keep in mind that, in this world, Jesus ended up crucified on a cross. The fate of nations are in this world not the spiritual world Jesus went to on his cross.

Faux Communists with an Adolescence Fixation

Just watched a video of a FoxNews reporter confronting William Ayers outside his home. The only thing Ayers said was for the reporter to get off his property. Ayers then calls the police to protect him when he leaves the house a little later. Interesting juxtaposition here. An avowed communist getting out of a nice car and walking into a lovely brownstone home he calls his property. Private property he insinuates that he owns. So I guess not all communist are necessarily for the abolishment of private property nor do they seem to have an issue driving around in a rather nice car produced by a capitalist system.

Cotton Candy Candidate

I am not like many others in believing that Obama is going to run away with this thing nor will Nancy and Harry's dreams come true. If you factor in the extreme bias of the press and the left's propaganda machine then reality is distorted in Obama's favor. But in 2000 this same machine had Gore out in front of Bush 51-40 in mid October. Same thing happened in 2004 where the machine would leave the impression of an easy Kerry victory. We know how that turned out. My guess is McCain/Palin supporters are falling for the left's propaganda. If the candidates are just a few points apart and you use a reality factor of maybe -6% against Obama then he goes back to the Senate to get a little more experience.

What if that the predictions come true? Should we conservatives get on our sack cloth outfits and throw dust on our heads? No, we sit back and laugh at show. If the left makes a full sweep with a filibuster proof congress then the Democrats lose one key tool they have had; they can no longer blame their failures on the obstructionist Republicans. They will be exposed bare and naked of their inability to lead and there will be no where one to blame but themselves. On top of that I believe there would be a great deal of buyer's remorse when the left has no choice but to notice they elected a symbol and nothing of substance. Just like cotton candy, it looks great until you bite into it and realize it is mostly air. Midterms ought to be very interesting if this is the scenario.

Uncle Dear Leader Wants You

While FReeper review I found and interesting link at HillaryClintonForums. The essence being that Biden's odd warning about Obama being challenged in the first six months ( such he get elected ) may have been a hint that Dear Leader would bring back the draft. In an interview with Judy Woodruff the Messiah prophesied:
But it’s also important that a president speaks to military service as an obligation not just of some, but of many. You know, I traveled, obviously, a lot over the last 19 months. And if you go to small towns, throughout the Midwest or the Southwest or the South, every town has tons of young people who are serving in Iraq and Afghanistan. That’s not always the case in other parts of the country, in more urban centers. And I think it’s important for the president to say, this is an important obligation. If we are going into war, then all of us go, not just some...

And by the way, we will deploy you in some difficult areas, but that’s part of what it means to be an American and to serve and to sacrifice...
It would be hilarious to see the anti-war moonbats, having ushered in the advent of their Messiah, realize that maybe they should have followed reason instead of emotional symbolism in the voting booth while they freeze in the mountains of Afghanistan.

So the next time you see photos of young moonbats on the march in Seattle, San Fransisco or New York City spouting anti-troop bilge keep this idea in mind and have a chuckle at their expense. Believe I'll pour me a big cup of schadenfreude and laugh my ass off.

Biden has opened the door and Republican pundits need to stick their foot in and ask if he meant Obama was going to bring back the draft. Hire people in the rope lines to yell out the question. Hammer it until Obama is forced to make a statement. Talk about losing the youth vote overnight.

An additional observations here; nobody is likely to challenge McCain. Keep in mind for all the tough talk of the Iranians about the hostages they were released on the very day that Reagan came into office because the rumors of the time indicated Reagan might nuke them out of existence. I think they have an idea where McCain stands.

The other thing I'd like to mention is that a good leader will not ask of those under him to do anything he isn't willing to do himself. We know McCain has more that met that measure. When Obama says he thought about joining the military he decided not to so he could pursue his life's journey towards his mission. At the end of that mission he may demand that others do what he was unwilling to do.

Election Thoughts

Just a few thoughts on the state of the race.

1. Polls don't mean all that much. First they are extremely biased towards the left. So if Obama is but a couple of points ahead on Nov 3 then he is more than likely going to lose. Keep in minds that according to the leftist pundits Gore and Kerry needed to be spending their pre-election time measuring the drapes and get their transition teams busy. Dukokis actually appeared to be in the race before Bush handed him a 40 state landslide the next day. So polls should not discourage the McCain supporters. Keep in mind they have a huge nationwide web of dreamers with huge megaphones inherently trying to control the narrative.

2. Racism used so much it is becoming expected and meaningless because it is being used for anything that simply does not fall into lock-step with the narrative. Whites should be screaming every time the terms white-wash or white-collar crime are used just to mirror the absurdity. I am not voting against the Obama/Biden ticket because it is 25% African American but because it is 50% anti-American.

However there was a recent study that one third of Democrats would not vote for a black. I doubt it is overt racism towards all blacks but because they would never want to empower a Michelle Obama, a people that riot when they don't get their way, race baiters like Al Sharpton or Jesse Jackson not to mention Louis Farrakhan and a follower of a preacher than uses the Lord's name in vain in his sermons. I have elderly life-long Democrat neighbors and that alone would swing the vote to anybody but Obama. These folks are from a generation that feels duty bound to vote.

Kerry and Gore did not have to deal with this division in their party and barely lost. Had they had this problem the outcome would not have been in question.

3. McCainocrats were marginalized by their party. Hillary clearly had the rug pulled from under her and there is a good part of the Democrats that will not forgive this blatant disregard of them. So there is another large piece of the base that can't be counted on. Keep in mind this offense happened in two of the battleground states of Ohio and Florida and there may be many PUMA's still seething.

Another telling problem is the lack of enthusiasm from the Clintons to support Obama. They give him lip service as the party partisans they are but they surely do not have their hearts in it. My bet is that in the privacy of the booth they cast a vote for McCain. So there's another chunk out of the base.

4. McCain is left enough to be a viable choice for disenfranchised Democrats.

5. It will all come down to how much the Democrats can cheat which I might not be enough to offset these missing pieces of the base. Ohio is holding 200,000 registrations that are questionable and we never find out since their claim has been upheld that simply validating them will disenfranchise voters. But simply validating them will only disenfranchise bogus voters. Not validating them will disenfranchise legal voters when their vote is canceled out by these bogus registrants. Guess the Supreme Court missed that concept.

So I take all of these doom and gloomers with a grain of salt. There is hope that change may be the kind we are looking for.

Right Attitude Wrong Word

Dammit John.... Kick His ass... Not 'Whip' but 'Kick'.
Get ready for the faux outrage handed to these idiots on a silver platter.

You must score a knockout or Jimmy Carter will make it out of this life being the second worst President in history after B. Hussein Obama. I can hear Saddam laughing his ass of in hell.

Just in case your team doesn't know the question to piss Barry off it goes something like this:

"Senator, most citizens are required to produce a birth certificate for a driver license, a passport possibly a SSN number. When the question arose of my qualifications for the Presidency, as stipulated by the supreme law of the land, I gladly submitted the documents required. Senator, why do you have a team of lawyers preventing the release of your records for of this Constitutional requirement? Unlike the rest of us do you believe you are above the law?

Senator, when you prevent full disclosure of your transcripts, your health records and the records of the CAC what are you hiding and why?

Right Conclusion, Wrong Party

Just caught a clip of Joe Biden doing a stump speech and he was enumerating what Republicans should admit to. Item three was that the last eight years and this economic disaster is the final verdict on a failed economic philosophy that we can no longer afford.

For once I agree with him. However, he has confused his politcal parties. We can longer afford to throw money at the poor irresponsibly. This disaster is proof that the Democrat's failed social engineering philosophy simply does not work. It was started by Jimmy Carter, agitated by Clinton's fining of banks if they didn't comply to mandated financial irresponsibility and abetted by a Democrat Congress that provided cover for bad business practices to gain the votes of minorities.

Biden is right..we can no longer afford these liberal social experiments and panderings.

When Idiots Attempt To Reason

Heard an interview with an Obamanoid this morning and she was spouting this idiot defense that Obama was only eight years old when Ayers was in his primer period. This is so idiotic and scary that people out there have such insufficient reasoning skills to accept this as valid defense against Obama's choice, as an aspiring politician, to associate with this man in his adulthood.

First nobody is getting anywhere near asserting that Obama had a part in this bombing activity. What is in question is that knowing Ayer's history he chose to associate with him at all. You know I was only fourteen when the Manson murders happened. Suppose he was released, you think I or any sane person would even consider going into business with him or associated in any manner?

Obama Called For GSE Reform ?

I've heard Obama and Biden mention that Obama called for GSE reform two years ago? I've gone through a lot of articles and I am aware of the influence peddling he has done in his short career as a junior Senator, I am aware that he represented ACORN in a suit to force a lender to give a loan to someone that could not afford it using racial prejudice as leverage but I had never run across this effort he had undertaken. So a googling I did go. Finally found a piece at Wolking's World.
BTW.. a very good site.

Now that is leadership and foresight? Looks more like desperation to me. Much like... uh uh I have a bracelet too for a soldier uh uh.. named uh uh.....

Know another difference between these two bombers?

Tuesday Night Prep For Sunday Morning

Alright, Palin came out swinging today in California by bringing up the Obama/Ayers association. But it needs to get brutal Tuesday night. McCain has got to stop playing the nice guy. Look he isn't going to convert any of the Obamatrons. He has got to get his base as fired up as Sarah Palin can. Enough of the gentlemanly Senatorial shtick.

What he needs to do is force the press to talk about the things they have been suppressing on the Sunday morning talk shows. Time is short. He needs to get those carrying water for Obama to spill their buckets. Employ the Jon Voight method and attack them. Think of it as taking out the enemies propaganda machine. It is unbelievable how the people actually believe that the downturn in the economy is the Republicans fault when a Democrat congress has been at the helm for two years. Not to mention that those executives responsible for the Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac are advising Obama. I sort of doubt the former CEO's are Republicans. There is this false image that Wall Street is exclusively a Republican domain when it is located in Manhattan? That's about as blue as it gets.

The Democrats have somehow created this illusion and it is the MSM propaganda machine that has facilitated it. Attack the press and draw into question their integrity by pointing out how they have created this lie. There is plenty of video fodder out there including the Democrat darling, Bill Clinton, saying Democrats blocked reform by Bush and McCain. It is not a winning strategy to allow this false perception to continue to exist without challenging it. McCain should use his Senatorial experience to expose how Democrats in Congress are willing to stick it to the American people in order to load an emergency measure with pork. Expose how the ones pointing the finger of blame at Republicans are using an old diversionary tactic you have seen many times in your years of experience.

Put it this way, I am an independent and so far I have seen nothing from McCain that I even consider to be that of a maverick or someone willing to buck the Washington establishment . He is running as agent of change. Attacking and calling into account the Media and Congressional methods would be a refreshing change. He needs to take spunk lessons from Palin.

In a nutshell... Fight Dammit Fight. Low blows are fine with me when our country is at stake !

Children Used To Be Our Future

Worst Speaker Ever Pelosi, along with those who will pay for the measure, triumphantly celebrates the passage of the $700 billion 2008 Inept Democrat Congress and Greedy Wall Street Friends Of Obama Bailout Bill. Otherwise known as the Federally Underwritten Bailout Avoiding Reform act. The FUBAR Act of 2008.

The torch has been passed from one group of non adults to another.

Here's a little perspective. The passengers of Flight 93 gave their lives to save the Capitol. Some young man or woman with young children and a bright future gave their lives fighting overseas. But when it comes to a small political sacrifice to save our country these pieces of federal fecal fornicators pack a bill with pork and manipulate its passage for the sake of their politics.

These people are human scum and we do indeed need a change.

My Kind Of Hope.. One Smart Young Man.

Found another great video link at Rednecks's Revenge.

Rewards Of Democrat Social Engineering

You know how you can tell if a Democrat is lying... their mouth is moving.

I suspect the reality why members of the Democrat Black Caucus are so defensive is they were protecting their failed policy of trying to give poor blacks an opportunity to own their own home. There is nothing wrong with the fundamental concept. The fault is basing this goal solely on one's skin color and not the content of their character.
Now I've noticed when arguing with liberals about the sleaze factor of Democrats they will do the tit-for-tat with you. "Well the Republicans did this or did that." But when confronted with irrefutable evidence, such as this video, then they turn to generalities. "Well they're all a bunch of crooks". As this video shows... no they are not. Republicans wanted what was good for the country and not a common ethnic sympathy. That isn't racism. That is simply fact. If you want to point the finger of racism then direct it to people like Waters and Meeks who based their policy on the advancement of a single ethnic group over all others.

It is imperative we get these low-life half-wits out of positions of power. Especially Barney Frank, Chuck Schumer and Nancy Pelosi.

Debate Suggestions For Palin

Here's a few thoughts on the upcoming VP debate:

1. Palin needs to sell herself and not John McCain. She needs to drop the sales pitch we already know. She needs to appear to be running for President because, in fact, she is in a way.

2. She needs to drop the cutesy high pitched speech uptick like she is talking to a class full of students. She needs to be matter-of-fact in her speech. A little sarcasm might not hurt.

3. She needs to come out in total bitch mode. She needs to look over at Biden and see the image of Todd drunken and covered in lipstick. Then weigh into him. Keep in mind that nothing bites deeper than an attractive woman's sarcastic rejection. Might not be a bad idea for Todd to piss her off before she goes on.

4. She needs to play into Biden's Washington insider status. She needs to keep reminding him that, no, she doesn't have his years of experience dealing with lobbyists.

5. She needs to hit the press a time or two. If Biden gets condescending she needs to remind him she isn't Tina Fey but Chief Executive of a state. In fact, she needs to substitude the term instead of Governor. "as Chief Executive I am the one that would appoint the US Senator in case one cannot continue in the office." The word 'executive' needs to be used at every possible opportunity.

6. She needs to have every Biden gaffe drilled into her memory. She might talk about the recent rally in The Villages. 'Senator Biden, I believe you've been there'. A slight reference to the video of a drunken Biden singing The Villages commercial theme song.

7. At every opportunity take a shot at Obama without mentioning his name if the subject of national security comes up. Remind the people that is why he chose Biden to fill the gap.

8. Memorize every mistake Biden has made on national security and be ready for a quick sarcastic retort.

9. Don't miss an opportunity to hit him with something out of left field that he hadn't prepared for like his exageration of his getting forced down in Afghanistan and taking incoming fire in the Green Zone.

( McCain needs to do this to Obama to get him angry and defensive. With a surprise question about what passport Obama used to get into Pakistan when he was twenty Obama would have never seen it coming and without a teleprompter would have gone into uh uh mode. )

10. Sexism is a double edge sword. Get Biden to appear to be talking down to this little lady. Women are going to make or break this election so stir their anger at this man and men in general. Especially arrogant snobbish men that refer to women as 'sweetie'.

Children Are Our Future

Don't worry, it could NEVER happen here.

Obama's 3 Lipsticked Pigs Strategy

Team Obama has approached this campaign with a 3 three-stage strategy.

The first two target the Manchurian conditioning of their followers:

1. Hear No Evil: Pay no attention to what The Evil Ones say about The One. Under no circumstances think critically for yourself. Be not afraid, The One you have been waiting for will provide your thinking when needed.

2. See No Evil: Never watch Ads or YouTube videos that lie about The One. Do not read anything critical of The One for they are but lies of The Evil One. Visit conservative blogs only as a mission of trollatude and repeatedly write the slogans you have been given. Never be lead astray by their calling for reasoned written exchange.

Now, having completed the first two stages the third stage is meant for those yet to be converted. The Non-Obamunists Infidels who will never see The Light.

3. Speak No Evil: This effort is currently underway in Missouri.

But in the end I am afraid The One, who has promised a new kind of politics in his prophetic visions, has said it best: "You can put lipstick on a pig but it is still just a pig".

To Fix Something, Find Where It Broke.

And don't trust those that broke it when they tell you they can fix it. Find someone else.

Found on The Jawa Report.

Sorry, I Have No FCC License

The ObamaCorp has threatened stations with their FCC license if they run this add. Someone this thin-skinned has no business in politics.

The view from the other side.

For me the content of this ad is not the issue. Obama has endorsed his share of equally questionable ads. What is the issue is a sitting Senator using his goon squad of lawyers to intimidate the exercise of free speech. Nowhere in the first amendment does it specify that the freedom to express an opinion or publish it is limited only to the truth. Put it out there and let the people decide.

Keep this in mind though; an inherent attribute of a facist is to control the message.

Yes We Do Need A Change

Concerning the current financial crisis Nancy Pelosi said this:
" Pelosi (D-Calif.) ripped President Bush’s “mismanagement” of the economy and a lack of regulation that led to the current situation.

“I think the American people have had it with this situation where the middle-income people in our country are not protected from the ramifications of the risk-taking and the greed of these financial institutions,” Pelosi told MSNBC. "
Barney Frank had this to add:
Mr. Frank said. “I mean this is one more affirmation that the lack of regulation has caused serious problems. That the private market screwed itself up and they need the government to come help them unscrew it.”
I ran across a very interesting piece at FreeRepublic that provides a little background:

We Cannot Afford to Continue Failed Pelosi Economic Policies - II (Vanity)

McCain Warned of The Impending Crisis In 2006

Notice a common character in this.. Barney Frank. It is he who was actually was asleep at the switch. These people are so dishonest. As far as I'm concerned betrayal of the public trust ought to be a 30 year prison sentence.

Obama Hussein is right about one thing, yes we do need a change. We need to make the Democrat Party a thing of the past.

I think McCain needs to get an ad out asap where it mentions his 2006 call for reform, Franks obfuscation, Obama's campaign benefit and Pelosi deceptively blaming Republicans. Don't attack Obama but make him just another member of the unscrupulous Democrat machine. They might even throw Jamie Gorelick in there as being part of the cause of two major national disasters.

As it was said in one of those articles... can we afford them being in charge of the White House too?

Believers For Barack

Did they not see this coming ?

Open message to the Obama Campaign: Hey guys I will make you a deal. Pay me $100,000 between now and the election and I will offer you my services as your "Here's Why That Is a Stupid Idea" consultant. You apparently are in immediate need of one.

The Obama Doctrine

The Obama Doctrine: If you can't dazzle them with teleprompter brilliance, baffle them with ever evolving BS. When exposed counter by prefacing sentences with 'As I have clearly stated in the past, I uh uh.'

Obama on withdrawing troops from Iraq:

He said the November 7 midterm elections -- when Democrats won control of both houses of Congress for the upcoming session -- were a call for a "realistic" strategy, not one "driven by ideology and politics."

This is so transparent yet it goes right over the head of the elite punditry, especially his newest devotee Bill O'Reilly. He wants to be seen as the one that ended this 'illegal' UN mandated war.

Cocky arrogant fool isn't he? I'm wondering if it is even legal to attempt to usurp a sitting President's foreign policy.

Of course his campaign is denying it and we all know that only McCain lies. Democrats would never stoop to such a level as to misrepresent the truth:
"These outright distortions will not changes the facts -- Senator Obama is the only candidate who will safely and responsibly end the war in Iraq and refocus our attention on the real threat: a resurgent Al-Qaeda and Taliban along the Afghanistan/Pakistan border."

Whose View ?

The show The View should change its name to the The Far Left Idiotic View. I doubt they would be so politically animated if Obama were on the show where they would never ask their Lord anything about his Kenyan grandmother and other family members saying he was born in Kenya or how he and Ayers spent the money for the Chicago Annenberg Challenge. I doubt Charles Gibson would either.

Breitbart TV shows us the intellectual depth of Whoopi Goldberg.
( Barbara Walters was even worse about Cindy's houses. )

I wish McCain had responded along the lines " As the only person sitting here that has actually lost five years of his life in involuntary servitude I am offended at the way you flippantly joke about it. "

Test Your Morals

Here's mine for moral foundation. Blue is liberal, red is conservative and green is your score. There are a bunch of questionares and this is the first one.

Via The Jawa Report I Highly recommend following the link and read the entire article by a liberal explaining why Republicans may be not quite as dumb as Democrats think. That is where I found this morality test.

Here is another essay that once I read it I was profoundly influenced because the author consolidated my own observances that I could never quite bottle up:
( Now for some of you it may be a bit of a put-off that he comes at this from an evolutionary angle but that is minor because it is the point he makes downstream that is relevant )

Something Rather Odd

I saw the McCains and Obama at ground zero but no Michelle. I heard she was at home with the girls. Maybe they are ill. Maybe she was. I would surely understand.

But why do I think that this is just an excuse because in her mind she thinks we got just what we deserved and there is nothing to honor about that? I mean she said that Obama getting in the race was the first time she was proud of America. Guess she missed the firefighters, someone's son, husband, brother, father, rushing up the towers knowing it could be a one way trip. Or the people who escaped the Pentagon only to run back in to save others. Maybe she was unaware of the opening moments of the war when the American spirit fought back in the skies over Pennsylvania and denied the enemy of any further victories from that moment on.

Guess we may never know but it was odd.

The Aborted Flag Flap

I just got back from celebrating Ramadan at my favorite small town cafe with an order of sirloin tips on rice and smothered onions and bell peppers with a great brown gravy. Happy Ramadan everyone.

While I was enjoying my midday feast they had Fox News on ( this is middle America after all ) and I saw this upcoming McCain rally in Colorado Springs. It is on now as I write this. What is absolutely hilarious is they are passing out American flags that were discarded after the Democrats convention. Nice way of making a statement. But never, ever question the Democrat's patriotism.

Here is some advice to the Republicans.. have someone write another stump speech for Palin or take the bridle off and let her run free. The rally I saw yesterday she appeared to simply be reading her convention speech. They should keep in mind that almost everyone already knows the punch-lines and the points. Just because 40 million tuned in doesn't mean that is all that saw it. There may be another hundred million more that watch it on the internet. I watched it 3 times myself. It only supports the accusation that she was simply reading her lines at the convention. She can make the same points but without the exact same wording and timing.
