I guess if we had malaise during the Carter administration then in honor of the first, sort of, black president we should refer to our national state of mind as a funk.
Let's see who is left to insult. He's already covered ordinary greedy white people who cling to their guns and religion, he had the village raiding, civilian killing military covered for years now. He's insulted non-union construction workers. Then he has his cadre of mindless thugs on the ready to insult anybody that dares question him.... hummm is their anybody left ? I guess he could always go after the victims of the 9/11 attacks. Perhaps the families of flight 93 for their lost ones denying the terrorist their civil rights.
