The press and the left ( sorry for the redundancy ) should be all over this offensive symbol, the very author of hate, but all you'll hear are crickets or defense of the First Amendment rights. Even as a Christian I have no issue with that particular point concerning rights. The right to think, speak, believe or worship, regardless of the degree of popular appeal or repulsion is a benchmark of a free people. So be it. It's the give and take of tolerance.
What I do find offensive are the inequitable displays of feigned outrage that the left uses to trample the same rights of others to fly a symbol of our historic past while tolerating this symbol.
