Clinton Learns Nothing

Since Clinton has stuck his nose into the Tucson Killings I would like to bring up a post I made from April 10, 2010 that exemplifies how he will insinuate others and ignore the actions and words of his own political allies.

"The extremists and their voices, the crazy voices that sometimes get on the TV.." and he isn't talking about Maddow, Schultz or Herr Obermann.

Bill Clinton commenting on the TEA Party Movement:

"What we learned from Oklahoma City is not that we should gag each other or that we should reduce our passion for the positions we hold - but that the words we use really do matter, because there's this vast echo chamber, and they go across space and they fall on the serious and the delirious alike. They fall on the connected and the unhinged alike," he said. "One of the things that the conservatives have always brought to the table in America is a reminder that no law can replace personal responsibility. And the more power you have and the more influence you have, the more responsibility you have."

Clinton apparently learned nothing at all. There is no comparison.  During Clinton's era his administration ridiculed people merely wanting to be left alone by the government to worship as they choose. A smug Clinton and his administration thought otherwise and murdered 76 people, 20 of them children.  That's what caused Oklahoma City, not mere rhetoric.  There is no comparison other than the perpetuation of the same smug arrogance of those who think they know how people should live their lives better than the people themselves do.

Yes Clinton, words do matter, especially when they are ridicule of the people simply wanting their guaranteed rights.

They will take any opportunity to silence the success of right wing pundits for the same reason thieves don't like alarms that expose their devious actions.

In this case the guy was simply a nut, illogical, irrational, antisocial, deluded and leftist. He and he alone is to blame for his actions. To blame this on pundits or your political opposition is like blaming the Son of Sam killings on the dog for barking.
